- Attend to daily customer’s enquiries, update shipments
booking.
- Advice customer for each shipments flow ETD/ETA until
customer door.
- Daily / monthly report to be prepare accordingly base on
dateline given.
- Daily advice to customer by pre alert and notice of arrival.
- Liaise with custom brokerage team and transport to meet
delivery on time as per customer request.
- Attending customer needs / Expediting the cargo in industrial
project department.
- Engaging with vendor to arrange the movement of the cargo.
- Dealing with Internal department on billing portion.
- Providing import / Export / Airfreight / oceanfreight service to client.
- Work on the project based on timeline / KPI set up by client.
Eg: PTA / REJUV project by Shell.
- Manage all aspects of the project logistics work contracted between DGF IP and our clients for one or more projects, including all
transport modes, all documentation, all financial transactions, and
regulatory compliance
- Advocate for continuous improvement with regard to safety. Ensure safe operations through training, subcontractor management, and coordination of alignment with clients safety
