My dutties in the store are:
- Using commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity.
- Provides high level of customer care, helping people with sizes, styles and different variants of the products.
- Recruits, interviews, develops and maintains a strong team and ensure that their induction and relevant training are carried out for all employees.
- Responsible for in-store merchandising according to best sellers and current trends.
- Ensure that the stockroom is organized efficiently.
- Prioritizes tasks to maximize the efficiency of the team.
- Takes initiative to accomplish all set goals, leads and motivates the team by setting the example and be a role model for all of them.
-Coordinate the team and make the monthly, weekly and daily schedule.
