Greetings everyone, my name is Veena Rajee and I am currently based in Malaysia. I’ve had over 12years of working experience including customer servicing, back end servicing, customer management, luxury travel planning and consultation, luxury lifestyle management, relationship management with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with more than 5years of experience managing portfolio of ultra high net worth individuals in Singapore from 2016 to 2021. Over the last decade, I’ve been exposed to customer behaviours and psychology and received several trainings on client handling under the most stressful and life threatening circumstances. I’ve also amassed a global award and 2 national awards during my last 7years of working with an International Organization – AMEX, known for world class customer servicing skills.  I am also the founder, creative director and designer of my newly launched fashion brand. I am currently pursuing my passion with copywriting and creative writing which started back in 2018 when I wrote contents for my travel blog using wordpress. Currently I am also managing my own e-commerce website using wordpress which includes all the creative design process, copywriting, content writing, newsletters and blogs for my personal brand while I’m concurrently working on writing my first book.
