●Running salary preparation schedule on the fixed date for
salary preparation each month.
●Preparation, printing and ensuring proper distribution of
payment slips for every member of staff.
●Printing out all output reports- payroll variation report,
schedule of past due cash advances and dishonored cheques
recovered, Bank payment schedules, bank summary schedule,
schedule of journal Entries, etc.
●Sending past due cash advance/dishonored cheques recovered
schedules to cash Advance unit.
●Preparing statement of reconciliation of movement in monthly
salary figures.
●Sending to main Accounts the Journal Entries (adjusted) for
posting to the respective accounts.
●Preparing monthly ‘pension’ payroll for all retirees.
●Preparing the usual monthly reports one page summary, pay
point summary and Bank schedule.
●Raising payment vouchers for payment and passing through the
normal process.
●Raising PV for payment of salary and passing through the
normal process.
●Preparing schedule of Payee deduction and raising PV for
payment.
●Preparing schedule of loan Recoveries and raising PV to pay
the fund.
