This is an internship I started after I graduated High School. My involved the analysis and
maintenance of technological systems to ensure they met the clients needs. Some of my key
responsibilities include: Performing defined processes and practices to ensure reliable operation to meet the business's needs, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. I handle Inventory and Asset Management in the form of keeping an account of the systems in use or deployed by the business and in certain situations I handle deployments myself. I also accept calls / tickets from employees and help them with system-related inquiries or issues.
