Administrative Executive
Being the single point of contact for staff, internal and external clients and stake holder.
Processing and directing mail, incoming packages and deliveries.
Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization.
Handle internal and external executive queries and request accordingly.
Spearhead the Overall Account Opening Procedures of new and upcoming Pharmacies.
Supervise New Vendor Account Creation upon request and approval (Central Purchase) and being
the single point of contact of suppliers for Account Opening related inquiry.
Functions as part of the Customer Support Team and provides assistance on inquiries related to item acquisition and availability, online resolutions, and promotional offers.
Liaise with third party vendors to develop marketing and advertising materials.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of promotional products, sale items and product samples.
Admin Responsibilities
Maintain the office supply inventory and order supplies when needed.
Prepare LPO’s (Local Purchase Orders) and PRA’s (Payment Request Application) forvarious
departments in the organization.
Support and assist the pharmacy on issues relevant to stores daily operation that
requires immediate assistance.
Daily log and report of all pharmacy opening timing to management.
Maintain an updated list of facility and commercial license for all (350) pharmacies.
Prepares and provides assistance on all pharmacy requirements needed during inspections and ensures that all information is valid and precise (e.g. staff list, renewed commercial and facility license)
Renewal of company certificates and license in a timely manner.
Revise and review clinical documents with adherence to the DHA rules and regulations.
HR Responsibilities
Involve in the recruitment process by coordinating and being of assistance in calling and inviting candidates for an initial and final interview.
Assist with record keeping required by the Human Resource for new candidate interviews.
Liaise with candidates and ensure that all documents required by the Human Resource are obtained.
Main point of contact of candidates during the progression of their interviews.
Collate and organize pre-employment requirements of trainees throughout the course of
their on-boarding.
Supports retail staff with any concerns and inquiry related to their employment.
