Bilingual Outbound Call
I make and take calls for Wellcare's members. Wellcare is a health plan and I'm on the Welcome-back campaign, which is making calls to members about changes and improvements regarding their 2024 health plan benefits. I help them to request material, change doctors, find in-network pharmacies, hospitals, specialty doctors, and more options. I can see and make claims, check their member history, and see their plan benefits. I assist with every information or question they might have regarding their plan.
Musical Theater Teacher
During my time working as a musical theater teacher, I was in charge of all the classes, the activities involved theatrical games, singing, dancing, and other recreations. Every three to four months we had plays written, directed, and organized by me. The last play was "Grease", it lasted one hour and 45 minutes, the whole school was involved, and the choreographies were divided into school levels so every child participated. I was in charge of the editing of the songs, the choreographies, and the organization of children and teachers, to get in contact with the theater (we did it at our city's biggest theater), I handled the lights, costumes, and rehearsals.
English Coach
I started as a musical theater teacher with kids who spoke both
Spanish and English, then I was asked to be an English coach due
to my ability with the language. I chose to stay as a substitute
teacher due to the amount of work I had as a musical theater teacher and worked with kids from 8 to 13 years old. We worked
with activities and grammar in English and we used Knotion a
digital learning program.
Seller
I was in charge of advising clients in person and online form,
presential y online, monitoring sales (Gaia products and services)
of the physical and virtual store, ships, dates, excel statistics, and
social media. I edited, recorded and create videos and images for posts, stories, videos and reels.
Customer Support
I was in the communication department, in the bookstore
section. I assisted the staff with their needs regarding the products, also taking care of the cash register at the same time. I also was in charge of taking pictures and designing and handling paperwork such as flyers, cards, awards, and certifications. I helped a lot in the design department where I was told by the school that they would cover design courses for me so I could stay in there. Unfortunately, I had to quit since I moved to another country three months later.
Store Manager
I started as a cashier, but over time, I took on more responsibilities,
including opening and closing the store, handling administrative tasks (billing and settlement, cash management, and stock control), working with the Microsoft Office suite, managing appointments (telephone support and appointment coordination), and attending to visitors
