I work in a Financial institution in Canada , I write loans, send money all over the world using western union, register customers for a variety of products including Mastercards, Forgein exchange, Teleplay (bill paying), Money Orders and more. I have several other duties including, but not limited to; Collection calls, Marketing, Reminder calls, Auditing, tracking our targets, goals and where we are month to date using KPI reports.
