Handle Where is my order question, educate customers on products and services, provide troubleshooting and assist customers with updating their accounts.

- Create design for all products, T. Shirts, Mugs, Name Badge, Trophies, Plaques, and Promotional items
- Formulate ideas for upcoming holidays to attract new and existing customers.
- Update daily sales in the correct ledger and ensure all books are updated properly.
- Supervise a small team ensuring that designs created are error-free, print-ready, and out of the office within a given ETA.
