I work as the Information Technology Head of Credit Information Bureau, which is a project started by ADB (Asian Development Bank) with MMA (Maldives Monetary Authority).

The project officially launched on December 2010.
We collect data from all the Banks and few financial institutions that involve credit facilities.

Every month before 10th each member institution is required by the banking act of Maldives, to submit the data on the credit facilities (including loans, overdraft, mortgages and more).
We collect the Information on each credit facilities monthly payments and provide the same data to our members via our website. Therefore our members are more confident when granting credit facilities, since all members are able to access information of each other and understand the good/bad clients.

Our main application is developed by Dun & Bradstreet, who caters a lot of countries Credit Bureau's. I have completed their trainings on the main Application and also handling the Database.

Collecting, cleaning/validating and analyzing data has become my passion.
