Maintenance Planning Engineer
Oversaw maintenance planning and scheduling for various areas at the International
Airport, which was voted the Best Airport in the World. Managed the work order
process & quality control, administrative & help desk operations, team rosters, and
managed transportation operations. Served as the Oracle ERP Maintenance
Coordinator and Resource Administrator, prepared SLA/KPI reports, and led plant
rooms cleaning. Planned and managed projects, coordinated with cross-functional
teams, and analyzed project data to identify areas for improvement. Presented project
reports to management and kept up-to-date with project management best practices
and industry trends.
Help Desk Operator - Technical
As part of my role, I am responsible for several key areas, including overseeing the
operations of the Fault Report Center, managing the process for corrective and
preventive maintenance work orders, coordinating maintenance activities within the
Oracle ERP system, providing relief support to the Maintenance Planning Engineer,
and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators and
service level agreements for the Maintenance and Operations Manager. These
responsibilities require me to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively
communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
IT Specialist
Responsibilities included installing and maintaining software and hardware systems to
ensure optimal performance. Provided technical support to users by troubleshooting
and resolving any issues. In addition, I created technical documentation and user
manuals to guide users on how to use software and hardware systems effectively.
I trained users on new systems, ensuring their ability to utilize them efficiently. My
technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and effective communication have
enabled me to excel in this role and ensure the smooth operation of software and
hardware systems.
