Medical translation (Eng to Spanish)

Looking for a freelancer to translate the diagnosis from English into Spanish. You don’t have to be a professional translator, I’d rather hire someone who knows both languages on a good level and has some understanding of medical field. I would also want you to keep the format of the document with all the images and charts.
