Account Recruiting Manager-Healthcare
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, in-person/virtual interviews, professional reference checks; ensure candidate qualifications for selected role requirements.
• Recruiting on variety of skillsets of both clinical and non-clinical and technical/non-technical roles during current need of the client.
• Utilization of internal database known as Connected (created by Salesforce) to search and identify candidates for current roles and confirm qualifications.
