Shopped for customers, also greeted customers as they came in the store and I watched for any suspicious activity with and customers that came in, reported any suspicious activity, stopped customers before they went out if they had unbagged items in their cart and checked their receipts to make sure it checked out that they had the unbagged items on their receipts

Stocked our store shelves and coolers and freezers with our products, assisted customers if they had questions about anything or needed help finding things, did quality checks for our products as they got unloaded off the truck

Roadside assistance. I answered calls that came in when customers called when they were on the side of the road and needed help with getting there issue resolved also got trained on how to use Microsoft teams
