The all in one Virtual Assistant and Digital Creative that can help you set up, organize, maintain, and manage your personal and/or business accounts.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Manage all social media accounts, track analytics, and interpret metrics to provide recommendations for improvement
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on all social media platforms
- Preform trend forecasting reports to stay up to date on all social media and graphic design trends
- Create campaigns designed to engage and grow your social media audience, increase your brand awareness on relevant digital platforms, and drive sales
- Create and maintain content calendars to ensure that all content is published according to the schedule
- Monitor engagement on all accounts and communicate with customers answering all Q&A’s ensuring that all deliveries align with the brand guidelines and company standards
- Manage calendar to schedule, reschedule, cancel or send reminders regarding meetings, appointments, interviews, and etc.
- Add new contacts or update an existing contact as well as answering phone calls, transcribing voicemails, and notify you on any transactional questions.
- Set up travel arrangements by booking flights, researching hotels, and transportation options such as a rental car
- Create graphics for invoices, presentations, flyers, proposals, reports, graphs, etc.
