Office Manager
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.
- Provide assistance and resolve problems customers may encounter.
- Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of title loans.
- Oversee cash flow and financial instruments.
- Print reports of loan accounts and communicate with customers regarding their payments, audit files, and coordinate files accordingly.
- Inbound and outbound calls to remind customers of due dates and/or accept payments.
- Complete and ensure nightly deposits are accurate and deposited in the company’s bank account.

- Traveling between Texas offices to open new locations, train employees and audit store locations when needed.
