I scheduled appointments for perspective tenants to look at vacant properties that my boss had for rent. I wrote the checks for the utilities that my boss/landlord paid at some of the properties. I kept track of the tenants that paid their rent on or before the first of every month and logged it into the computer. Did accounts payable. Filed paperwork such as tenants applications and rental leases.

Scheduled eye exam appointments for patients, billed patients health insurance company if they had insurance, processed patients payment for their appointment if they had to pay out of pocket. I made sure the front office and the exam room remained clean at all times, I also helped first time contact lens wearers learn how to put in and take out their contact lenses before they left the eye doctor office.

Manufactured prescription lenses for prescription eyeglasses and put the lenses into the specific frame that the patient picked out.
