Credit and Collection Associate
During my time at Conduent I was doing soft and late stage collection. I would contact customers to collect their late car payments. Customer who were unable to pay at time of call I would negotiate with them and set solid payment that would bring their accounts current. I was doing soft and late collections on outbound and inbound contacts.
Customer Service Advisor Blended
My main role was to receive inbound calls from customers who wants to make an order for their favorite coffee. Build meaningful rapport with customers and provide all information that is necessary about products and service. I would upsell on items I know customers would be eager to try, replace or cancel orders and trouble shoot customers coffee machines.

Call Contact Centre Operations Level Two Certificate
During this course I was thought what the Business Processing Outsourcing industry is about. Training was about the attitudes one should have when speaking on the phones, skills that would make you excel in areas such as customer service, sales and collections. I was trained on objection handling rapport building, how to upsell and cross sell on products. There was a lot of team work involved, role plays and presentations in groups and also individually.
High School Leaving Certificate
During my high school years I did various subjects. I graduated with four subjects which are English Language, Information Technology, Social Studies and Physics.
