• Review client RFQs/Tenders and Specifications.
• Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals based on RFQ/Tender.
• Submit Quotations & Proposals to clients.
• Responding to clients for Technical Clarifications/Queries and follow up until award.
• Provide quotations & proposals to customers and follow up quotations for order approval.
• Recording & maintaining client data and history.
• Establish and maintain draft copies.

• Preparing Material Submittals.
• Liaising with other departments, members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Survey the quantities of the material in stock and incoming shipments.
• Prepare lists of shortage material and submit it to be ordered.
• Responsible for the inspection of the incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure that the material is Compliance with Codes and Standards (ASTM / ASME / API / NACE).
• Following up all related issues to the products that are being marketed through the company.
• Drive and implement safety and quality management systems and standards.
