I have almost spent the last 12 years working in different business industries starting from the ITC sector and ending with sustainable development International Non- Governmental organizations. Information Technology & Business development, took almost 3 years of experience as I were responsible about different roles and responsibilities covering and the processes of business essentials requirements fundamentals related to team work, team building, knowledge exchange, proceed under the ultimate goals and objectives, and staff performance efficiency. in addition to, public relation, communication and visibility aspects development in many activities related to the marketing and sales, foreign affairs, conducting external communication with national, regional, and international institutions more than 200 presentations provided in different level of information for different purposes and scope of work. Building and long term plan for teams, building clear assessment tools, projects budgets, writing technical and financial proposals, conduct meetings.one of the most unique experience were in design curriculums, prepare assessment forms, work performance tracking records, Design training and content based on learning outcomes, coordinate & conduct training and workshops, design project components and activities, and reflect project outcomes into regular reports, Design and create SOP’s, Data flow diagrams, M&E tools, Moderating activities and forums, and other supported documents for piloting projects or piloting phases. I have demonstrated success in managing different tasks and I possess a great deal of experience in dealing with users and providing consulting assistance at all levels.
During my last years I involved in many voluntary work as a performer, Moderator, adviser, work in teams with INJAZ, USAID, BDC as a training planner, Drive to Read USAID and providing all assistance to NGO’s such TTI, youth to youth, Jordanian forum for preparing tomorrow’s leaders … etc.
One of my targets now is to gain more and more knowledge, experience and managerial skills through working in such organizations and all about work skills experiences in NGO’s and social development institutions.
