Content Moderator
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the content of the live broadcast or the posted content (including: short videos, statuses, images, ...) to ensure the health of the community.
- Respond, evaluate, and promptly handle violations of the platform's community standards regulations.
- Closely coordinate and coordinate with other related departments to fully meet the needs and interests of customers.

- Working with foreign cooperation partners and foreign content moderatord (Philippines, Malaysian,Chinese,...).

Head of Reception
- Welcome guests to the hostel and ensure related issues so that guests have the best experience
- Support customers to find out places to visit, ways to move, places to stay and entertainment activities nationwide
- Working with international staffs of booking sites such as Traveloka, Booking, Hostelworld, Agoda,... to bring a perfect service
- Propose hostel & bar operation options at company meetings to improve service utility

- Achieved the position of head of reception after 5 months of working
