Sales Executive
• Attend to customer requests/ queries promptly and assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, and product specifications.
• Brief sales activities and other issues to the sales manager.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Follow up on payment status of confirmed orders.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Generate Sales, create invoices and follow up on delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
• Other assigned duties related to Regional Sales.
• Process customer quotations and customer orders.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and offering them our products and services.
