It was a complete calling process, we had to solve customer queries.It was a food and beverage's process soo we had to solve customers issues liked fruit or veggies was rosten and all other related issues and pushed extra mile to deal customer problems and fulfill their needs,the best way to sort customer issue imagine us on the customer placed. With the help of this job role I learned the reaction of people for day to day life, this job helped me out to digest and understood the rudest and the sweetest behaviour of the customer/people. The three role which we had to deal with:
Taking inbound called actively and listen the customer complaints for helping the customer with their demand and queries with the product, shipment and all others queries,also tried to fulfill their requirements and mention the most common issue with the help of notes and excel and tried to solve it. Taking customer reaction as a stepped toward a better understood of what the product needed and what the customer wanted and what the customer expected was what the product should looked for in the future.
Dialing outbound to the customer for the confirmation of the ordered they had placed online for the products and verifying all the details with the customer. Take cared for customers products, and took honest feedback.
Dialing outbound to the customer who had placed a callback requested on the website for any questioned and details aboutthe products and the shipment procedures.
