Talent Acquisition Specialist
Manage the end to end talent acquisition process. Providing Recruitment, Strategic Sourcing, Executive support and Contract Management solutions. Responsible for all blue collar industrial positions including trades, civil, construction, transport, logistics and engineering.
• Identify top talent and support hiring managers with effective hiring.
• Engage and screen industry specific candidates.
• Conduct telephone and face to face interviews.
• Complete reference checks on all shortlisted candidates.
• Implement sourcing strategies through the use of Linkedin Recruiter, various online job boards, Seek,Indeed, Glassdoor, Jora & Adzuna and networking.
• Provide advice & guidance on recruitment and selection policies and procedures, position descriptions and interview guides.
• Support with leaders' understanding of awards, EBAs and employment legislation.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships with external clients and partnerships.
• Deliver regular recruitment reports and required data to business leaders and Human Resources
