I am Katherine Stevens. I realize that at first glance it seems as if I have no experience in this field. You would be right.  I am looking to gain experience, which is why I will quote you way below what you are used to paying for this service.

I am a Case Manager and Peer Support Specialist. I have centered the whole of my career in the Human Services field in some form or fashion, in order to make a difference. From DV Advocacy, to Case Management or Peer Support Specialist, this is my life’s work and passion.

In recent years, I have been working strictly in Recovery Support and Case Management. I am attending a program to finish my PSS certification, and would welcome the opportunity to get my ABA BT Certification. I can pass a full background check (Federal and State), and have been given FBI Fingerprint Clearance . I have mainly worked with children and adolescents, with the last 5 years focused mainly on the adult population. I have worked people in mental health recovery and co-occuring disorders.

My skill set also leans more toward a holistic approach to recovery. I have many skills in metaphysical and holistic modalities centering on healing, mindfulness, empowerment, mental health and wellbeing and many massage therapy modalities. I am also certified in many relevant trainings that will enhance my job experience through Relias trainings, NYS Peer Academy, and other trainings through the NYS MHA.

With these trainings, and part of the jobs I am used to doing extensive documention is required. Following strict Federal and State guidelines is mandatory. Your position sounds like a great fit for me being that I believe that my extensive life experience will only enhance my future freelance projects, bringing fresh perspective and old school work ethic. (GenX) The point is, I am REALLY good with people and I am 100% coachable. Which is why I feel I am a great fit for this job. I am not afraid to work hard and do what it takes to get a job done. I make sure people feel validated and supported and I am a perfectionist. My refrences will absolutely tell you that I am a powerhouse in life and in regards to whatever work I do.
