Additionally, I handled all scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys. Maintaining and updating case files, conducting legal research, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents as briefs and motions which were also part of my responsibilities. Finally, I handled client communication, both in person and over the phone, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

As the secretary to the CEO my primary duties and responsibilities revolved around providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the executive level. I managed the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, I handled all sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, draft and proofread correspondence and reports, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and representing the CEO's office with excellence.
