I worked with TechMahindra VCustomer for the account Sprint as a Customer Service Associate. I've handled customers in resolving their account issues, settling their balances, processed adjustments. I did basic troubleshooting, set appointments for phone technicians in physical stores, and gave suggestions to customers wanting to upgrade their devices.
