Executive Assistant
Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director to ensure smooth management of her diary affairs & most effective use of her time.
Handle sensitive & complex issues in a professional manner.
Coordinate business travel and accommodation globally for Managing Director, Global CEO, CSO and ECD
Organise and project manage annual client and internal conferences of 60-80 people both in person and virtually – including sourcing and negotiating venues, guests and managing agendas.
Management of the office including managing facilities contracts, maintaining office and supplies, coordinating IT and maintenance support.
Accountable for sourcing and managing monthly ‘Discovery Sessions’ with industry professionals, and ‘Outspiration Sessions’ including sourcing guests, advertising the events and managing the sessions.
Accountable for weekly all-agency ‘Live@5’ team meeting, including ‘Joni’s Lame Games’ -- a key fixture in our week and agency culture
Accountable for daily competitor audit presentations to make sure the full agency team are up to speed with the latest competitor and regional news.
Support in preparation and during client meetings and pitches.
