Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions for the new employees,
current employees, customers, and suppliers.
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
Support and mentor new employees.
Attend education conferences.
Provide timely, information-specific, issue-focused coaching and feedback.
Set up the onboarding process flow.
Arranging product, service, or company demos or presentations.
Ensuring that everybody has the training to use our programs, CMS, platform, etc.
