Finance Manager
1.Products analysis-Analyzing of viability or continuity of existing products and new products.

Accountant
Internal controls: Continually reviewing internal controls requirements.
Budgets: Preparation of annual budgets and implementing appropriate budgetary controls to ensure collections and spends are as per set budget.
Cashflow projections: Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital and manage cash balances by initiating/executing appropriate actions including the investment of excess cash and inter-account transfers.
General ledger review and reconciliations: Manage and reconcile all intercompany accounts, including accounts receivables, accounts payables, current and non-current loan receivables and current and non-current loan payables.
Management accounting: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports for the entities.
Statutory deductions: Ensure that the company complies with the country's laws relating to corporate and other taxes, including accurate computation, declaration and payment. This includes company returns.
Peer training: Set and evaluate performance standards for departmental staff and set training.
Business relationships: Maintain relationships with the company's banks, suppliers and other service providers
Payroll review and payment: Review and approval of companys payroll monthly, before sign-off by relevant company signatories.
Accounting standards review. Keeping abreast with new financial standards
Custodian of financial information
Petty cash: Review and approval of petty cash reimbursements.
Custodian of Company Assets-Maintain Companys Fixed Assets Register.
Ensure that accounts analysis and reconciliations (including bank reconciliations) are performed on a monthly basis, and that they are approved once they have been prepared.
External audits: Co-ordinate with companys external auditors, providing ultimate support during audit and after audit period.
Payments: Review of payments to suppliers and ensuring payments are only made on approval, and proper support documentation exists.
