Amazon Virtual Assistant
- It required me to produce daily reports to my manager, including monitoring subcategories and Best Seller Rankings (BSR). I also monitored a close watch on the case record to ensure that any consumer complaints were resolved as soon as possible.
- Using Sellerboard and Amazon Business Report, I delivered a product report. This allows me to gather essential information on the performance of Amazon products, such as sales behavior, revenue, and costs. The client makes pricing, inventory management, and marketing decisions for their products according to the evaluation from this data.
- The client provides me access to their Data Dive account, providing data and insights on their products. I set up a Master Keyword List based on their Lead SKU and provided them with the URL to it. They study and monitor a variety of their products using this software, such as sales patterns, price, and competition.
- As part of my role, I am tasked with reporting and opening cases for any issues that develop with my client's products or any discrepancies that are observed in their competitors. This requires closely monitoring product listings and reviews, as well as maintaining current on-market changes and updates. It also involves sending follow-up emails to customers or Amazon support from my client's Zoho mail account to ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
Amazon Order Fulfillment
- It involves immediate accurate processing and fulfillment of customers orders. Collecting and verifying orders from customers and ordering the product from the supplier's website belong under this group of duties.
- As part of our order fulfillment process, we maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet to track each order and the corresponding actions taken, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and efficiently.
- Tracking each order with its tracking numbers involves recording and monitoring the unique identification codes assigned to each shipment, allowing for accurate and timely updates on the package's delivery status and location.
Social Media Manager
- As a content creator, my responsibilities include overseeing the entire content creation process, from brainstorming and planning to executing and scheduling posts. I use various tools and platforms to schedule and publish posts across multiple social media channels and websites.
- I also commit time to create the graphic elements for each post, such as ad creatives, logos, banners, and other images. In addition, I edit videos that are relevant to the brand or product that we are promoting.
- This also involves responding promptly to messages and comments, addressing customer concerns, and providing assistance as needed
Virtual Assistant
- Keeping records of customers' orders and the corresponding actions taken involves documenting every transaction, from the order placement to the delivery status, to ensure that each customer's needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Part of my responsibilities includes sending personalized thank-you emails to each customer and providing them with a simple certificate of authenticity for their purchase.
Admin Assistant
- I create materials such as presentations, worksheets, and quizzes to aid her in teaching
online classes.
