Lead Medical Assistant
Single handedly overseeing the headquarters of one of the best cardiovascular offices in the state, my day to day responsibilities include overseeing 100+ patients appt detailing, which includes scheduling, various testing information, insurances, incoming and outgoing referrals, billing and prescription renewal. I’m also responsible for 20+ office staffing breaks, time management of appts and ensuring the patients in office have a timely, enjoyable visit.
Sales and Design Representative
As a Sales and Design representative for this one stop stone shop, I managed selection, fabrication and installation of over 1 million dollars worth of countertop/bathroom/home design material in a years time. Working hand in hand with some of the states best known new construction companies, ensuring the customer was satisfied with their interior design outcome as well as guidance and customer service provided by myself through the entire building process. I also took part in the selection, inventory handling and ordering process of new materials to the company.
Education
High School Diploma
Focusing on Animal Sciences in high school graduating with a 4.0 GPA, in the top 10% of my class while being a providing Captain to my schools women’s lacrosse team all 4 years attending. I switched interests once entering college, with classes ranging from General Nursing to Radiology, my incomplete associates degree is a result of falling out of love with the medical field and into Education. Not currently enrolled in classes but highly considering elementary education in the future.
