My name is Derek Carpenter and I am a self taught freelance writer. I enjoy my time writing. Poems,  Research articles, short narratives, Essays even song lyrics. When I’m writing I am able to focus and really dive into my work. I am 30yrs old and I finally am wanting to jump start my writing career. I am currently finishing my associates degree in business management and I am a father of two beautiful little girls.
