Lead continual improvements in collecting and managing data to ensure flow of data within program systems.
Ensured safe and accessible storage of data in Ampath systems(KOBO, REDCAP, POC and DHIS) and cordinated processes within these systems.
Managed, trained and supported M&E staff, Health liasons, Chv's, Gesp, and field enumerators on data principles(collection, quality assurance and analysis)
Worked with department leads in developing M&E plans to meet reporting and learning requirements.
Worked with human social behavioural team (Hsbt) in developing and managing qualitative data collection and analysis.
Worked with department leads on data collection tools, criteria of data collection and processes to ensure reliable information to the donors and partners.
Lead the design, creation and implementation of the population health project M&E framework and information system including project meal plan to track delivery against program targets, outcomes and impacts including defined objectives, indicators, learning mechanisms and implementation of MEL procedures.
Conducted monthly data reviews in (Uasin Gishu, Busia, Trans nzoia, Elgeyo marakwet counties) health facilities, on CDM(Diabetes, Hypertension,Cervical&Breast cencer, Mental health and Hiv) on retention and linkage, Health financing and Economic intervention and empowerment.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
