• Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting and evaluating job candidates
• Determines candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Creates candidate endorsement
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with clients to discuss needs
• Build applicant sources and attracts them by placing job advertisements using online platforms esp Linkedin, Facebook & free job boards and most importantly build rapport to them
• Arranges/Managing interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and clients
• Updates job knowledge by participating in further client meetings, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
