Assistant Manager Tehnical support
Working with colleagues in constant updating of technical data as well as prices of
attachments for construction and agricultural machines. Alongside that, I am in charge of
a small part of accounting in the company, where I have to reduce the inventory and scan
those documents to send them to the main accounting office. Moreover, when updating
the tool, I have to talk to vendors and partners to get discounts or other details necessary
for being uploaded on the website of technical specification.
Front desk manager
Front desk manager, I had the most interaction with customers, holding at the same time
the accounting part of the hotel. Closing the reception at night, opening the hotel in the
morning, participating at breakfast where I served as well as cleaning up after customers,
always making a good impression which lead to customers coming back the same
summer at the hotel. The main language spoken was German and sometimes English.
Furthermore, I have participated also in the cleaning of rooms and resolving problems
regarding the requests of customers in their rooms. Offered indications and advice
where people can go out and eat or visit around the city of Innsbruck.
