I have been a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 years. I started this career since
COVID-19, But I was in the BPO Industry for 12 years. I had experiences in Outbound,
Inbound and in management post as a Team Leader, Project Manager and Trainer. I think I would be of great assistance in this company since my stint in the BPO Industry helped me get the Communication skills needed, the knowledge about the Software’s and the right skills for
Leadership/Coaching/Training to help deliver success by the end of the day.
I worked with a Digital Marketing company in the past, doing B2B Marketing and Sales
for Clients across different Industries in the US. So, when it comes advertising and managing accounts? It would not be a big challenge nor will have a hard time adjusting with.
Recently, I finished working on a project with a startup company that does Real Estate and Financial Service. I was responsible for doing Lead Generation, Maintaining, Updating their CRM, Social Media Marketing, Email and SMS Campaign Blasting, Property Research, Following up with Listing Agents, Owners and more. My experiences has provided me confidence that I can finish and hit my Goals or KPI by the end of the month.
I am a goal driven and self – motivated person. If hired, my goal would be to have a
permanent job and be able to help you out in any way possible to take off some of the
burdens you have as your Virtual Assistant/Sales Assistant in the company.
