I am Chantal-Shemaiah A.D. Whitley and I ‘Give a Voice to the Voiceless’. I am gifted in understanding the needs of children with special needs. I am skilled in interpreting their codes and revealing to those who wish to know that which was previously misunderstood. I have a great eye for detail that rarely misses a beat.

My mission is to take persons from awareness to acceptance to advocacy as it relates to children with special needs and to ensure that I positively impact tomorrow’s world with the skills and knowledge that I have garnered over the years in the field of education.

I am passionate about children, especially those with special needs. I believe that if you really want to know what the future will look like you have to look at the children of today. I want to help shape the future one child at a time.
