its good to remind our minds and bodies that they need a small break to reflect and relax for they have been handling  and tackling both major and minor tasks in our day to day lives. we should learn to take a moment and appreciate for all they have given us. we should remember that they are just made of flesh and they tire out as well thus they a need a moment to salvage themselves in order to improve productivity.
