-Assist and supply suite attendants with foods, beverages, silverware, and various other basic catering necessities for their suites for the duration of the event.
-Delivering and setting up cold & hot foods and beverages to pre-ordered suites prior to event openings.
-Post-event clean up - collect soiled dishes from suites and take them to the kitchen.
-Daily maintenance and disinfecting of pantry area and walk-in refrigerator.
-Various other errands often requested by the managers including warehouse runs, filling in for other catering sections, moving large, heavy boxes and beverage cases with pallet jacks and coming in on non-event days to put away large amounts of product.
