I was an HRMO intern who was responsible in keeping the personal records and file of the company's employees. I was also tasked to encode employees' information, including personal information, their travel order, payroll, and leave form. Furthermore, I developed my interpersonal skills and communication skills during my internship, because I am always the one who faced the employees who has inquiries or problems in their offices.
