- Conducting Job analysis to create Job descriptions and job specifications for all of the positions in the factory. - Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers and HR team members to create a partnership that delivers success, collaboration and credibility.
- Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure the adequate understanding of their recruitment requests. - Revise process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommend ideas that can help in further improvements.
- Provide analytical reports on recruitment activities on weekly basis.
- Coach Line Managers about interviewing techniques and skills if needed.
- Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the best candidates. - Work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction.
