Add family members only from the site. Please kindly follow the following steps:
First: Please create a new independent membership for adults (over 12 years old) if they do not have previously activated memberships.
Second: Login to the Alfursan website. Please click on (Family Program) at the top of the page, then click on (Family Program Management), then click on Add Member and select (Adult).
Then fill in the adult’s data (first / last name – the adult’s Al-Fursan membership number – the email registered in the adult’s membership), attach a copy of the family card, and press send.
With regard to children (over two years and less than 12 years old), it is not required to create independent memberships for them. They only need to enter the Alfursan website and click on (Family Program) at the top of the page, then click on (Manage Family Program), then click on Add Member and select (Child). )
And fill in the required.
Please note the following:
– Please attach proof of kinship (family card, birth certificate, or marriage document) or residence permit for the driver and the domestic worker.
Please use Google Chrome browser and write the name in English (capital letters).
– Change the name of the file to numbers and make sure that its format is one of the formats mentioned on the site (jpg, pdf)
Ensure that the attached file is no more than 2 megabytes (MB).
The family members that you can add under your membership are (wife, children, parents) as well as the maid and driver among them under the sponsorship of the main membership and a maximum of 8 memberships.
For your information, you cannot add your brothers or sisters under your membership according to the conditions of the Knights.

إضافة أفراد العائلة فقط من الموقع. يرجى التفضل باتباع الخطوات التالية:
أولاً: يرجى إنشاء عضوية مستقلة جديدة للكبار (فوق 12 سنة) إذا لم تكن لديهم عضويات مفعلة مسبقاً.
ثانياً: قم بالدخول إلى موقع الفرسان. الرجاء الضغط على (برنامج العائلة) في أعلى الصفحة، ثم الضغط على (إدارة برنامج العائلة)، ثم الضغط على إضافة عضو واختيار (بالغ).
ثم قم بتعبئة بيانات الشخص البالغ (الاسم الأول/الأخير – رقم عضوية الفرسان للبالغين – البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في عضوية الكبار)، وإرفاق نسخة من البطاقة العائلية، ثم الضغط على إرسال.
أما الأطفال (أكبر من سنتين وأقل من 12 سنة) فلا يشترط إنشاء عضوية منفصلة لهم. كل ما عليهم فعله هو الدخول إلى موقع الفرسان والضغط على (برنامج العائلة) في أعلى الصفحة، ثم الضغط على (إدارة البرنامج العائلي)، ثم الضغط على (إضافة عضو) واختيار (طفل). )

يرجى الملاحظة:
– يرجى إرفاق إثبات القرابة (بطاقة عائلية، شهادة ميلاد، أو وثيقة زواج) أو تصريح الإقامة للسائق والعاملة المنزلية.
يرجى استخدام متصفح Google Chrome وكتابة الاسم باللغة الإنجليزية (أحرف كبيرة).
– تغيير اسم الملف إلى أرقام والتأكد من أن تنسيقه هو أحد التنسيقات المذكورة في الموقع (jpg, pdf)
تأكد من أن حجم الملف المرفق لا يزيد عن 2 ميجابايت.
أفراد الأسرة الذين يمكنك إضافتهم تحت عضويتك هم (الزوجة، الأبناء، الوالدين) وكذلك الخادمة والسائق بينهم تحت كفالة العضوية الرئيسية وبحد أقصى 8 عضويات.
وللعلم لا يمكنك إضافة إخوتك أو أخواتك تحت عضويتك حسب شروط الفرسان.
يرجى استخدام متصفح الكمبيوتر الشخصي لأن متصفح الهاتف المحمول قد لا يعرض البيانات كما هو مطلوب.
