Employees should be able to;
1. Read the text and look up a few key words.
2. Translate any written content into German from English
3. Verify that the original text’s tone and meaning have been preserved in the translation.
4. To evaluate the translation’s quality, use specialized dictionaries and translation software simultaneously.
5. Proofread translated material to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
6. Verify that the translation satisfies the requirements set out by the client and the internal team.
7. Keep in mind to preserve a piece of content’s original layout, including the font and hierarchy, while making changes.

Prerequisites
1. Highly proficient in both German to English
2. The capacity for perfect proofreading and a keen eye for grammatical, punctuational, and spelling errors.
3. Have at least a year’s worth of experience translating from English into German
4. A computer running Windows on a desktop or laptop and a reliable internet connection
