Worked as a call taker in a call center environment to take incoming calls and also make outgoing calls to families and staff. I would always go above and beyond to make sure that I did the best I could to have the best outcomes. All calls were entered into the VX system and updated anytime the chart was accessed. Assisted clients with finding the need for hospice services and helped them to cope with the process.
