I was an auto insurance sales agent, then coach, the supervisor in training. I then transferred to auto claims and moved up to handling claims that involved injuries, attorneys and disputes of liability. I wrote reservations of rights, I sent Letter of Representation Acknowledgments, and sent coverage disclaimers. I managed inbound calls as well as newly assigned claims and an ongoing diary of claims.
