As a Sales Associate, my job entails selling products and services to customers. This involves engaging with customers, providing product information, answering questions, and closing sales. My essential skills include excellent communication and customer service, time management, problem-solving, sales and teamwork skills. It’s quite rewarding for me, because I enjoy interacting with people and I’m very knowledgeable about the products that I sell.
