Retail Development Manager
• Capable of handling diversified workforce of Digital Financing Solution particularly DFEs and BAs and RDO's.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through successful implementation of market-relevant strategies and tactics
• Generate leads and builds relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to develop business on existing or potential retail outlets
• Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results achieved in the field
• Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure service (funding, QR deployment, POSM deployment, etc.) and identification of potential new sale opportunities
• Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to effectively close new business
• Prepare complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation if required for executive-level presentations
• Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following defined selling process with existing and new base
• Coordinating with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
