Senior HR Business Partner
As a Senior HR Principle, responsible for providing strategic leadership in the implementation of revised People Systems in an environment of Lean and Continuous Improvement. Provides leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation. Assisting executive leadership with restructuring efforts and provides strategic leadership and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and to the board of directors.
