• Manage and respond to all the inquiries/messages across all platforms.
• Work around the clock (on shifts) to make sure that all the inquires/messages are responded to within maximum one hour.
• Ability to prioritize different tasks and manage multiple customer inquiries coming from different platforms.
• Select appropriate responses from the approved FAQs and according to the customer inquiry to ensure implementing the brand tone of voice.
• Monitor and report back on customer feedback and reviews.
Traffic Control
• Working as key point of contact at Expo to handling and controlling the traffic of the visitors and ensuring they are finding their ways easily.
• Remain knowledgeable about the updates of Expo 2020.
• Provide guidance and assist visitors in terms of the transportation and any related inquires at Expo.
• Cooperate with the supervisor to get the updated terms and conditions or any new direction if any.

• Create/suggest responses and update the FAQs daily to make sure that all the topics are covered.
• Coordinate with the social media manager to ensure consistency with the tone of voice and the social media guidelines of the brand.
• Attend meetings/trainings to ensure we are fulfilling the brands needs effectively.
• Implement the brand tone of voice guidelines while responding to inquiries/messages across different platforms.

• Support the production team to produce videos related to different topics and guarantying high standards when delivering our work.
• Provide administrative support to the team ensuring swift actions to shooting videos.
